NYC AI meetup coming up 5th Sept 2024

We’re in NY and SF to meet researchers, founders, and engineers working in AI for all of Sept and Oct. If you’re working on something cool (or exploring new ideas) and want to say hi, then just hit reply to this email :)

We’ll also be hosting the next instalment of our NYC AI meeetup with 100 members of the ecosystem. This one is going to be a biggie, featuring:

• Jacob Austin, Senior Research Engineer at Google DeepMind, where he works on making language models go really fast (e.g. Gemini, LaMBDA, PaLM/-2, Bard);

• ​Sercan Esen, CEO of Intenseye, which leads the enterprise workplace safety market with computer vision software;

• ​Ammaar Reshi, Head of Design at ElevenLabs, the audio AI company known for their high-quality text to speech and AI voice generator;

• Dwight Churchill, co-founder & COO of Captions, the video AI company that started with subtitles, grew into video editing and now into AI avatars.
