Welcoming Percy Liang to SOAI launch meet-up in SF next week!

This coming Thursday, we’ll be launching this year’s State of AI Report and hosting a meet-up in San Francisco after work. To round out a start-studded lineup at the event, I’m delighted that Percy Liang, Associate Professor of Computer Science at Stanford University, Director of the Stanford Center for Research on Foundation Models and co-founder of AI infrastructure company Together.ai is joining us at the launch.

He’ll be in conversation with Sholto Douglas of Google DeepMind and me on fully-open source AI, inference, infrastructure and how to translate research into startups.
