Really great article -- have been seeing the same -- I do think you increase the odds if the founders are from a "product first" background, but still it's tricky.
Doesn't the nature of automation that's possible give rise to different outcomes? Previous attempts by Poly and Concentrix probably never got close to human level capabilities?
